The notification Outlook Working Offline appears when Outlook becomes offline for a number of reasons. It's possible that your Internet connection is good, but the mail server is unavailable. If your mail server is up and functioning, your website can send and receive emails. Your computer, on the other hand, could need to be updated, or your account information might be incorrect.
